Our guiding principle

The MPCS Academy aims to promote and support employees in their work. We pave the way for individual further training and train our employees to become "Melitta Professionals". New colleagues are supported from the outset as they enter the world of Melitta Professional. At the same time, everyone is given the opportunity to expand or refresh their knowledge. All important topics relating to "machines", "coffee" and "digitalisation" are covered.

The Academy-Team

The Melitta Professional Academy bundles our core competences as a system solution partner. We place customer needs at the centre of our efforts.

Steffi shares her concentrated knowledge in the various training courses - and not just on the subject of coffee. Alexa is also responsible for coordinating and developing the Academy. Matthias Höft and Miriam Babatz support the training team in the area of digitalisation. The management and other guest trainers are also part of the extended team.
