unsere Historie

Unsere Geschichte startet mit der Idee unserer Namensgeberin: 1908 revolutioniert Melitta Bentz mit dem Papier-Kaffeefilter den Kaffeegenuss. Eine Erfolgsstory, die auf zwei wesentlichen Faktoren basiert: hochqualifizierten Mitarbeitern und der kontinuierlichen Dynamik eines in 4. Generation geführten Familienunternehmens.

Unsere Historie

In der Tradition ihrer Leidenschaft, Kaffeegenuss immer weiter zu verbessern, folgen zahlreiche Meilensteine. 1958 bildet sich eine Sparte für den Profi-Bereich, heute weltweit bekannt als Melitta Professional.

Marc Lübking

Im GL-Team habe ich die Verantwortung für den Bereich HR. Unterstützt von HR-Experten aus der ganzen Welt und zusammen mit meinen Kolleginnen in Deutschland arbeiten wir daran, die bestmögliche Organisation zu schaffen, in der sowohl unser Geschäft als auch unsere Mitarbeiter wachsen können. In Deutschland wird dies zusätzlich durch die Technische Verwaltung an beiden Standorten unterstützt. Die Kantine in Dützen sorgt für die notwendige Energie.

Gemäß unserem Manifesto ist das Credo in meinem Bereich, dass wir für Mitarbeiter und Führungskräfte Partner sind, die gerne beteiligt werden. Wir verstehen uns weniger als Verwaltungsorgan, sondern vielmehr als Problemlöser für den Geschäftserfolg – und sind dabei offen für neue und kreative Wege.
Lieblingskaffee: Schwarz - Filter, Cafe Crema oder Espresso je nach Tagesform
Hobby: Familie, insbesondere meine 2 Töchter und Sport
