Chaquito

Ingredients:

1 tea bag of peppermint tea by Cilia
Crushed ice
Fresh mint leaves
1 lime
1 TS cane sugar

Preparation:

  1. Brew tea in 150 ml boiling water and leave for 8 minutes.
  2. Remove tea bag.
  3. Cut lime into quarters and crush in the glass, add cane sugar and crushed ice.
  4. Fill up with peppermint tea and garnish with a mint leaf.
