Madeira Sky

Ingredients:

1 scoop vanilla ice cream
200 ml cold sweetened coffee
Juice of 1/2 an orange
1/2 orange peeled and diced
Dash of orange liqueur

Servings:

Preparation:

1. Mix orange juice and coffee.
2. Dribble some orange liqueur onto the diced orange and add over ice cream in a glass.
3. Fill up with coffee.
