Tropical Twist

Ingredients:

2 scoops of fruit ice cream (tropical)
2 cl Cointreau
7 cl pineapple juice
10 cl cold coffee

Preparation:

  1. Blend 1 scoop of ice cream with the pineapple juice and Cointreau in a mixer.
  2. Pour the coffee into a glass, add 1 scoop of ice cream, and fill up with the mix from the blender.
