Lucky Shamrock

Ingredients:

2 ice cubes
20 ml Baileys
40 ml cold milk (4 seconds)
30 ml espresso
cold firm milk foam (7 seconds)

Preparation:

  1. Place ice cubes in a glass and fill with espresso.
  2. Add Baileys and cold milk, then refine with
    cold milk foam.
